ARTISTS
TAMAR ZEITLIN
Artist and painter Tamar Zeitlin is a 10th generation Israeli. She was born in Jerusalem in 1985 into a well-known Hassidic family. At a very young age Tamar developed her love of art and creativity from her grandfather - a renowned copper sculptor in Tfzat. She began painting at a very young age and by the age of 16 she had set up a framework of art classes for girls in Jerusalem. She also did artwork for orthodox children's books and covers for books of the great Hassidic Rabbis.
All the while she continued to paint and study art and different techniques under the artist Ora Nissim. She then extended her artistic scope to include digital artworks and laser-cut metal.
Today she lives in Tsur Hadassa, in the Judean Hills with her husband Tzachi and her five children and has expanded her artwork beyond Judaica influenced creations.
DVORA BLACK
Dvora was born in Harare, Zimbabwe. She studied Art and Music at Rhodes University in South Africa, where she graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Art and also Education Diplomas in Music, Art and English.
She moved to Israel, with her husband Johana,n in 1984 where she began a studio specializing in illuminated Judaica. She draws inspiration from the beautiful flowers and variety in the Israeli landscape, together with the richness found in a Jewish home and family.
Dvora Black’s hand-picked flowers from the hills of Jerusalem form the central design in many of her works of art which focus on Blessings and Prayers.
DOVI (DOV BER) LEVENTHAL
Creative since childhood, Dovi moved to Israel with his family as a teenager. After graduation Dovi was involved in a near-fatal motorcycle accident and as part of his recovery to regain the use of his hands, he began a side hobby - hand-carving mezuzot from stone and marble.
His unwavering faith coupled with a unique understanding of color and texture have turned this hobby into a successful busines.
Unique high- quality and original designs means that Dovi's Mezuzot bring people joy and spiritual serenity knowing that the mezuza on their doorposts were made as a work of love in Israel and hold the very blessing that will guard their homes.
KALMAN GAVRIEL DELMOOR
Kalman is a Jerusalem-based, American-born Scribal Artist whose original artworks bring forth the beauty and wisdom of the ancient Hebrew letters.
Upon completing IDF service in the Paratrooper brigade with honor, Kalman decided to take his passion for the Hebrew letters and visual art and begin thriving a scribal art business. He is truly considered as one of the young leading lights in the scribal art community worldwide.
"I began to see the letters as a form of art, to use their spiritual power to create a bond between people, art, and ancient texts…. I gain inspiration from the city, its history, and its inhabitants, and their spirit is reflected in my artwork."
Kalman's studio is in the Old City of Jerusalem where he creates Scribal art, interacts with tourists, and runs workshops.
SARA WEIZMAN
Sara was born and raised in Jerusalem, where she keeps on creating her oil-based paintings. Even as a child she always loved the world around her: nature, her community, the Jerusalem air… she soaked it all up and continues to put that inspiration to canvas.
Sara’s work stems from the vistas of Israel: each alleyway, orchard and valley provide a fresh angle on ancient landscapes. This dance between the old and the new, tradition and innovation is reflected in every painting.
She has been privileged to learn from masters and she received their tradition of oil on canvas. Today Sara runs one of the most renowned painting schools for religious women in Jerusalem.
SHOSHANA ROTHBERG

NECHAMA FASS
Nechama Fass is a Jerusalem-based artist whose impressive talent ranges from painting to sculpture. Nechama has a Bachelor's Degree in Art and Teaching. As a religious woman, Nechama expresses her love of Israel in many of her works and captures the beauty of nature in both acrylic and multiple mediums.
When not painting, Nechama can be found walking her dog and enjoying the sights of Jerusalem.
