This quote is a prayer that Jews say every day during Morning Prayers, before beginning Pesukei Dezimra Psalms. It come from Mishne Avot and says:
"May it be your will, Hashem our Lord and Lord of our fathers, that the Holy Temple be rebuilt speedily in our days, and grant us a share in Your Torah, and may we serve You there with reverence as in days of old and in former years."
